Web to ImagePrivacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
In short: Web to Image does not collect, send, sell or share any of your data. The pages you capture and the images it makes stay on your computer. There are no servers, no accounts, no ads and no analytics.
1. Who we are
Web to Image is a browser extension for Google Chrome made by Md Arifuzzaman ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the extension and this website handle information. If you have questions, email us.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information or usage data. The extension has no server to send data to, contains no tracking or analytics code, and does not load code from the internet.
3. What the extension handles on your computer
To do its job, the extension handles the following, only on your own device and only when you start a capture:

None of this information is sent to us or to anyone else.
4. Permissions the extension asks for

| Clipboard write | To copy images when you click Copy. |
| Storage | To remember your settings. |
| Alarms | To check once an hour for captures older than 24 hours and delete them. |
The extension does not read your browsing history, passwords, cookies or form data, and it does nothing on pages until you start a capture.
5. Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, trade or share any user data with anyone, because we do not have any. We do not use or transfer data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose of turning web pages into images, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
Our handling of user data follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. This website
This website is a set of simple pages. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare may process basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. If you email us, we use your email only to reply to you.
7. Your choices
- Captures are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Images you have downloaded stay in your folder until you delete them.
- Reset your settings with Reset to defaults on the Settings page.
- Remove all extension data by removing Web to Image from
chrome://extensions.
8. Children
Web to Image does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how the extension handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
